We have a hotel block under Alfred Street Baptist Church Rates start at $109 per night. Please note: This block is reserved until December 10th. What is the cost for the child care?

Child care cost an additional $10.00 per child.

For what age will child care be provided?

Ages 2 to 12 are accepted for the childcare.

What do I need to bring for my child?

You may bring a sleeping bag, pillow and a blanket, pullups and wipes (if necessary). Kids may come in their pajamas if you like. Less is better.

Will food be provided?

Yes.

What is the time frame for the childcare?

Child care begins at 8pm and lasts until 3am.

Who will provide the childcare?

Child care will be provided by licensed, safety trained child care providers.

What is included in my ticket price?

The ticket price includes admission to the event, DJ Destroy and Black Alley in two separate rooms, midnight toast and party favors.

Will there be food at the event and what kind?

The event will have light hors d’oeuvres.

Is there parking for the event?

The Hyatt offers valet parking for $13. There is also local street parking as well as other garaged parking options for your choosing.

Will there be liquor served at the event?

No, there will be no alcoholic beverages served.

What is the dress code?

DRESS TO IMPRESS! No athletic wear will be permitted.

Will tickets be sold at the door?

If we have any left you will be able to purchase them! When they are gone, they’re gone… What are ya waiting for? You do not want to miss this event!

What is the age range of the party goers?

Our ministries target ages 20 and older. While the vast majority of the attendees will be in the 20 – 40ish range, we encourage all ages to bring in the New Year with us!
